Quick answers
Wilbo isn't applying to anything
How do I connect the Chrome extension?
Install Wilbo for Chrome, then open your Dashboard in Chrome — it pairs itself automatically and the extension card turns green. The extension is needed to submit applications on Indeed using your own Indeed account. You can disconnect it from the same card at any time.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with 3 days of the full pipeline. A card is required to start, and you're charged nothing if you cancel before day 3 — cancelling during the trial takes effect instantly. The trial is once per account.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Dashboard → Manage billing opens your billing portal. Upgrades apply immediately (prorated), downgrades at the next billing date, and cancelling stops your plan at the end of the paid period.
Why do I need an email code to view my profile?
Your profile holds the personal details Wilbo applies with, so we treat it like a vault: anyone can see the list of profiles on your account, but viewing or editing what's inside one requires a 6-digit code sent to your account email. It's a small step that keeps your data yours even if someone gets into your open browser.
What exactly does auto-apply do?
With auto-apply on, jobs on company career sites (external ATS like Greenhouse or Ashby) are completed and submitted by Wilbo without asking you first — he tailors your CV and answers himself. Indeed Apply jobs always wait in the approval queue for your OK regardless of this setting. Every submission, either way, comes back with a receipt.
Where's my receipt for an application?
Every application Wilbo submits appears under Recent applications on the Dashboard with its confirmation. If an employer says they never got an application, the receipt is your proof of exactly what was sent and when.
How do I delete my data or account?
Email support@wilbo.ai from your account email and we'll remove your stored data. Details on what we keep and why are in the Privacy Policy.
