Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wilbo, the AI job-application service operated at wilbo.ai ("Wilbo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Wilbo.

1. The service

Wilbo scouts job postings that match the profile and preferences you configure, presents them to you for approval, and — for jobs you approve — completes and submits application forms on your behalf, returning a confirmation receipt for each submission. Job boards and employer sites change constantly; we don't guarantee that any particular posting can be applied to, that submissions will be accepted by third-party sites, or that applications will lead to interviews or employment.

2. Your account and your authorization

You must provide accurate information — in your account, your profile, your CV, and your answers to screening questions. When you approve a job in your queue, you authorize Wilbo to act as your agent to complete and submit that application using the information you provided, including on job boards where you hold an account. You are responsible for everything submitted in your name and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 16 and legally able to work in the roles you apply for.

3. Subscriptions, trial, and billing

• Free trial: every plan starts with a 3-day free trial of the full service. A payment card is required to start the trial.
• Auto-renewal: unless you cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan begins automatically at the end of day 3 and renews monthly at the then-current price until cancelled. We'll email you before your trial converts to a paid subscription.
• Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Cancelling during the trial takes effect immediately and costs nothing; cancelling later takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds unless required by law.
• Allowances: monthly application allowances (and "fair use" on unlimited plans) exist to keep the service working for everyone; unused allowance doesn't roll over. We may throttle usage that looks automated or abusive.
• Price changes: we'll give at least 30 days' notice before a price change affects your renewal.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Wilbo to misrepresent your identity or qualifications, to apply on someone else's behalf without authority, to violate a job board's or employer's terms that apply to you, or to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content and privacy

You retain all rights to the content you give us (CV, profile, answers). You grant us the license needed to operate the service — storing that content and submitting it to the employers and job boards you approve. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Wilbo is a tool that submits applications you approve; we are not a recruiter, employment agency, or career adviser, and we make no promises about employment outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, opportunities, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You can stop using Wilbo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service for breach of these Terms, and may discontinue the service with reasonable notice, refunding any prepaid amounts for the unused period if we do.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. For material changes we'll notify you (email or in-product) at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
